Pauline Lebas

Pauline Lebas is the Directrice de l'innovation at Croix-Rouge française, where Pauline is responsible for managing a team of thirty people and overseeing the innovation and resilience roadmap for the organization. Prior to this, Pauline worked as a Consultante senior at Archipel&Co., conducting qualitative and quantitative studies internationally and coordinating social innovation projects. Additionally, Pauline co-founded the association Family First and has experience as a Business Developer at My Little Paris and Cheffe de projet at HEC Junior Conseil. Pauline holds a Master in management from HEC Paris and completed a Classe préparatoire filière économique at Saint Jean Douai.
