Karen Schmid

Karen Schmid is the Founder and Principal of Moirai Wealth Management, a Registered Investment Advisory firm located in San Francisco. Previously, she worked as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst for J. Stewart Investments, and as a Senior Manager at Chase Private Banking. She received a BA in International Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in International Business from the Anderson School at UCLA. Karen also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) professional designation. Karen serves as a director for the Mosi Foundation and the Charles D. and Frances K. Field Fund. Her son, Rhys, is a Sophomore at International High School.
