Caroline Crumpton

Caroline Crumpton, CIS, is an accomplished hospitality sales professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Director of National Accounts at Frenchman's Reef Marriott Resort, which recently underwent a $425 million rebuild, Caroline has been instrumental in driving sales since the resort's opening in September 2023. Prior to this role, Caroline held positions such as Vice President of Global Accounts at HPN Global and Director of Group Accounts for Caribbean and Latin America at Marriott International. Caroline's career also includes significant contributions as Senior Sales Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, and various sales management roles at Laplaya Beach and Golf Resort, The Omni Homestead Resort, and Snowshoe Mountain Resort. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Travel Industry Management from Concord University.
