Ernest H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ernest started their career in 2003 as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, serving until 2009. Ernest then joined Deloitte as part of various roles until 2015. From 2009 to 2020, Ernest worked as an M&A Investment Banker and Strategic Advisor for various companies. In 2019, they co-founded and became a member of The Maroon Alliance, an investment group supporting startups and growth-phase businesses. In 2020, Ernest became the Chief Executive Officer and President of Frenchy's Chicken and Frenchy's Sausage Company. Since 2022, they have also been a member of YPO, a global leadership community for chief executives.
Ernest H. has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Howard University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University. Additionally, Ernest H. participated in a program called The Washington Campus, where they received education in Public Policy for Business Leaders, although they did not obtain a specific degree from this program. Ernest also holds certifications such as the Series 63: Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination (Inactive) from the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) and the Series 79: Limited Representative - Investment Banker (Inactive) from the Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
