Elina Salo

Elina Salo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elina currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Frends Enterprise iPaaS, where their main responsibilities include tech recruiting, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and HR. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at HiQ Finland, focusing on similar responsibilities. Elina also has experience as a Fulltime Home 'Boss' during their time at the Home Office. Elina has previously worked as a Recruiter & Marketer at Businesslike Oy Henkilöstöpalvelu and as a Recruiter for Competence Programs at Barona Group Oy. Elina's earlier work experience includes roles such as a Consumer Insight Analyst at Research Insight Finland Oy and a Store Manager at Video Film Town Oy.

Elina Salo obtained a Master's degree in Social Sciences, specializing in Business Management/Marketing from the University of Lapland between 2004 and 2009. Elina also briefly attended Universidad de Sevilla in 2005, although the specific degree and field of study for that period are unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Elina Salo has acquired several additional certifications. Elina obtained an Inbound meets HR certification from Marbles Oy in October 2020.
