Markus Haverinen

Markus Haverinen has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Salesman at R-kioski Oy. Markus then worked as a Warehouse Worker at Barona from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they became a Coach at Espoon Palloseura. Markus joined HiQ Finland in 2017 and held several roles, including Trainee, Service & Software Consultant, Service Manager, and Team Lead & Service Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Frends Operations at Frends Enterprise iPaaS, starting in 2021.

Markus Haverinen obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Information Technology from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they have acquired the Elements of AI certification from the University of Helsinki in February 2020 and the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2019.
