Sandeep Banu

Sandeep Banu has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various companies and roles. Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources at Freo, an innovative digital banking platform. Prior to this, they worked at Flipkart as a Manager HR Business Partner, where they led HR business strategy and partnering for the technology group. Before Flipkart, Sandeep worked as an HR Business Partner at Mindtree, specifically in the Datawarehousing & Analytics service line. Sandeep began their career at Dell Services as a Senior Human Resources Analyst, where they were involved in the organization-wide Global Team Engagement Program and worked on leadership programs and communication charters. Sandeep also gained experience as an HR Management Trainee at IL&FS Financial Services Ltd (IFIN), where they participated in the Performance Appraisals & Goal Setting Program.

Sandeep Banu completed an MBA in Human Resources from Christ University, Bangalore from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc in Biotechnology from Andhra University from 2004 to 2007.
