Gabe Albarran

Gabe Albarran is the current Operations Director at Frequency Audio-Visual Services. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Information Technology at Frequency Audio-Visual Services, Inc. from November 2012 to November 2015. From July 2011 to November 2012, Gabe was the Help Desk Director at The John Marshall Law School where they were responsible for the implementation of a new ticketing system, creation and implementation of new escalation procedures, SLA and support documentation. Gabe also maintained the enterprise printing system, Website infrastructure, Library proxy systems, digital signage and a Direct TV MDU system. Gabe has also provided Help Desk and clients with advanced level 2 MS Active Directory, Exchange, Mailgate, NAS, Areohive Wifi, Shoretel VoIP and Sonicwall Firewall services.

Gabe Albarran has a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
