James Miller

VP, Operations at Frequency Networks

James Miller is the current Vice President of Operations at Frequency Networks. Prior to joining Frequency, James served as the Vice President of Distribution at Legendary Entertainment. In this role, James was responsible for the product strategy for Nerdist, Geek & Sundry, and Amy Poehler's Smart Girls, leading the technical strategy road map of owned sites and apps, managing vendor relationships, and reducing annualized tech expenses by $1.2 million. James also oversaw the distribution, fulfillment, publishing, and syndication of all digital content produced by Legendary Digital Networks through owned platforms as well as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and more.

In addition to their role at Legendary, James has also worked at Farpoint Digital as well as various other companies in leadership roles. Throughout their career, James has established himself as an expert in their field with a focus on performance and revenue reporting, establishing KPIs, market research, competitive analysis, and best practices and procedures. James is also experienced in managing operational budgets with an emphasis on cost reduction and revenue growth.

James Miller has a BS in Film & Television from Boston University. James also has a degree in Classical Civilization from the same school.
