Ronak Patel

VP, Engineering at Frequency Networks

Ronak Patel is the current Vice President of Engineering at Frequency Networks. Ronak has held this position since August of 2018. Prior to that, he was a Senior Software Engineer at the company from October 2014 to July 2018. In this role, He worked with big-data technologies such as Amazon Redshift, Amazon EMR, Hbase, HDFS, Map-reduce, Apache Kafka, Cassandra and Amazon S3. Ronak also built micro-services and ETL using Springboot, webservices, Kafka, Cassandra, MySQL, AWS and deployed them into highly distributed cloud based services.

From October 2014 to July 2018, Ronak was also a software engineer at Frequency Networks Inc. In this role He solved difficult problems and shaped the way next generation of consumers experience videos. Ronak also built apps for consumers and a platform for third party developers who are building their own amazing experiences on top of the companies services. In addition, Ronak worked across the full stack technologies such as AWS, SpringBoot, Java / Grails, relational databases, Kafka, Cassandra, Redis, Memcached, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ.

Ronak Patel has a Master's degree in Computer Science from California State University-Fullerton, a Master's degree in Computer Science from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Post Graduation degree in Computer Application from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Ronak also has a Bachelor's degree in computer Application from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
