Mark Flinchbaugh, PMP, is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in managing government and IR&D programs. They have held key roles in various organizations, including Fairchild Defense and Raytheon, where they successfully led complex development projects while achieving financial and customer satisfaction objectives. With a background in mechanical engineering and a strong focus on business development and leadership, Mark has demonstrated proficiency in overseeing diverse teams and driving proposals to capture new business opportunities. Currently, they are retired and have previously served as Vice President of Programs and Operations at Frequentis USA.
