Before joining Fresca Foods Inc., Andrew founded Good Trip Coffee Co. and served as the Head of Operations and Finance. Andrew played a significant role in building the company and managing its operations and financial aspects.

Additionally, Andrew has experience in the real estate and housing industry. Andrew worked as a Stabilized Asset Manager at RBC Capital Markets, where they analyzed and safeguarded the financial health of a low-income housing tax credit apartment portfolio. Andrew also worked as a Senior Asset Manager at Adams County Housing Authority, where they oversaw the financial health of a portfolio of multifamily properties.

Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as a Broker at Affordable Housing Investment Brokerage, Inc., where they successfully expanded the brokerage's geographic coverage. Andrew also worked as a Project Manager at Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC), where they managed various development projects and utilized financing sources such as historic and new markets tax credits.

Before entering the real estate industry, Andrew gained experience in construction as a Project Manager at ARCO National Construction. Andrew was responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high quality and meeting client expectations.

Andrew Oehlerking completed their primary education at Cary-Grove High School from 1997 to 2001. Andrew then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. After working for a few years, Andrew went on to earn a Master's degree in Urban Planning with a specialization in Real Estate and Economic Development from the University of Cincinnati between 2009 and 2011. Most recently, in 2022, Andrew enrolled in Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management to pursue a field of study in Business Analytics, specifically focusing on Decision Making with Data.
