Kelly Sturek, CAPM

Kelly Sturek, CAPM started their work experience in 2008 with Computer Technical Services as a PC/Printer Technician Intern. Kelly gained hands-on learning experience by working directly with lead technicians and eventually became the office technician in charge of laser jet fuser repair.

In 2014, Kelly worked as a Business Development Intern at NCEE Labs, where they gained a greater understanding of product development and the product life cycle. Kelly also assisted with event planning for technical education seminars and handled internal reporting.

From 2015 to 2019, Kelly served as a Commercialization Manager at Bugeater Foods.

In 2020, they joined CTS as a Project Manager, where they oversaw and supported technicians on short and long-term projects across multiple sites. Kelly negotiated with contract partners and technicians nationwide and supported enterprise-level transitions for new customers and vendors.

Currently, Kelly is working at Fresca Foods Inc. as a Project Manager. Their responsibilities include building project plans, monitoring project progress, coordinating project completion within budget and scope, and presenting project findings to management.

Kelly Sturek, CAPM, has a strong educational background in business administration and management. They obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 2011 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Bishop Gorman High School from 2008 to 2011, where they received a high school diploma with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sturek has also pursued additional certifications. In 2017, they obtained the Certified Beer Server certification from the Cicerone® Certification Program. Most recently, in May 2021, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification from the Project Management Institute. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and professional development in their field.
