Antonio Ramón Molina Milla has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Antonio Ramón started their career in 2010 as an RIA Analyst Programmer at Importante empresa e-learning, where they developed an e-learning application based on Adobe Flex and PHP backend.

Antonio Ramón then joined CIBER, Inc. in 2011 as an Analyst Programmer, where they developed flows for massive messaging using WAS server, Message Broker, DocPath, and RightFax. Antonio Ramón also worked on Java Compute modules and ESQL for performance optimization.

In 2011, Antonio worked as a Rich Internet Application Architect at Motorflash, where they developed RIA mobile applications for IOS and Android using Adobe Flex. Antonio Ramón also worked on web development using HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery over Symfony 2.

From 2012 to 2014, Antonio worked as an SOA Consultant at Insis4, where they focused on designing and adapting business flows to SOA architecture standards. Antonio Ramón also worked on system integration using various connectors like Sybase, Oracle, and MSSQL, along with FTP, email, SOAP webservices, and MQ queues.

In 2014, Antonio joined Indra as an SOA Integration Manager, where they designed, developed, deployed, and maintained integration flows using ESB and ETL. Antonio Ramón worked with different databases, FTP, email, web services, API, and MQ queues over IBM Integration Bus 9.

From 2016 to 2017, Antonio worked as an Architect at Aegon Seguros, and from 2017 to 2021, they worked at Axesor Group in various roles, including Technical Product Owner and IT Integration Manager. In these roles, they focused on agile architecture, CI/CD, and product ownership, and worked with technologies like Python, Apache Airflow, SQL, NoSQL, and Google Cloud services.

From 2021 to 2022, Antonio served as an Engineering Manager at Nextail Labs, and from 2022 to 2023, they worked as an Agile Delivery Manager at Codurance. Currently, they are working as an Engineering Manager at Fresco.

Antonio Ramón Molina Milla completed their education at Alfonso XI. From 2004 to 2006, they obtained a degree as a Técnico en Explotación de sistemas informáticos, with a focus on informática, redes, programación, and bbdd. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a BTEC HNC Computing and earned an IT technician diploma in the same field. Furthermore, in September 2019, Antonio successfully completed the SCRUM MASTER PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED (SMPC), offered by EIGP, Escuela Internacional de Gestión de Proyectos.
