Jose Maria Mainou Sierra possesses extensive experience in the field of enteral nutrition, currently serving as Vice President of R&D at Fresenius Kabi since April 2005. Previously held positions include Director and R&D Director within the same company, as well as R&D Project Leader at the Kabi Innovation Centre. Prior to joining Fresenius Kabi, Jose Maria held the role of Technical Manager at Alimentos de la Granja S.A. de C.V. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program in Organizational Leadership from IMD, an Executive Program in Driving Strategic Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, and additional executive programs in Strategic Management Skills from the University of St. Gallen, Manufacturing in a Global Network from INSEAD, and a Master’s in Product and Process Design for the Food, Feed and Pharma Industry from Universidad de Huelva. A Diploma in Food Engineering was obtained from Universidad Simón Bolívar (MX).
