Laura Hagen

Laura Hagen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical services and customer support within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Technical Services & Support at Fresenius Kabi since July 2015, Laura has held various leadership roles including Director of Technical Services and Business Project Lead for SAP S/4HANA Implementation. Prior to Fresenius Kabi, Laura worked at Fenwal, Inc., where roles included Sr. Manager of Customer Service and Manager of SAP Master Data & Commercial Operations. Laura began career at Baxter International Inc. in positions such as Business Operations Analyst and Customer Operations Specialist. Education includes participation in the IMPACT Leadership Development Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and completion of a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University.
