Andrea Trabattoni

Andrea Trabattoni is currently the Maintenance and Workshop Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, overseeing maintenance operations and human resource management at the Palazzo Pignano plant since January 2025. Prior to this role, Andrea served as the Maintenance and Engineering Manager at Sun Chemical, where responsibilities included coordinating investment projects and improving equipment performance. Andrea's career also includes experience as an Industrial Engineer for Digitalization at Haier Europe, focusing on innovative equipment start-up processes, and as a Digital Factory Engineer at Pirelli, managing projects for factory digital transformation. Andrea holds a Master Executive in Management of Industrial Assets & Maintenance and multiple degrees in Automation & Control Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, along with a scientific high school diploma from Liceo Majorana Desio.
