Andreas Völker

Andreas Völker is a seasoned executive in the medical technology sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Value Stream Machines at Fresenius Medical Care since September 2018, overseeing the newly formed Care Enablement operating segment. Prior to this role, Andreas held the position of Senior Vice President of the Schweinfurt Plant, managing three medical device production facilities, including the largest facility for dialysis machines. With a strong background at Vivonic GmbH, Andreas has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director and Vice President of Operations & Business Development, where significant achievements included developing market strategies for China and enhancing production efficiency through lean principles. Earlier experience includes a Technical Area Manager role at Fresenius Medical Care Deutschland, advising on field service optimization across the Middle East and Africa. Andreas holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences.
