Anne Dyer

Anne Dyer is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Fresenius Medical Care since June 2022, Anne has previously held key positions such as Global Director of Recruitment at Distillery and Executive Recruitment roles at EY and livingHR, Inc. With a strong background in diversity and inclusion strategies, Anne managed the Diversity and Inclusion Talent Acquisition strategy at Cognizant, where responsibilities included campus recruitment leadership and program development for both MBA and undergraduate talent. Anne's diverse experience is complemented by a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
