Annemarie Hartwig

Annemarie Hartwig currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Payor Strategy & Relations at Fresenius Medical Care since November 2023. Prior to this role, Annemarie held the position of System Senior Vice President for Payer Strategy, Analytics & Innovation at CommonSpirit Health, overseeing payer strategies and analytics for a large network of hospitals and care sites. Annemarie's experience includes serving as National Vice President of Payer Strategy & Operations at Catholic Health Initiatives, where strategic and operational performance was directed, and holding various leadership roles focused on network strategy execution at UnitedHealthcare. Annemarie also contributed to community education efforts as a volunteer in South Africa and began a career in management consulting at Ernst & Young LLP. Annemarie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Iowa, has completed graduate coursework in Dispute Resolution at Creighton University, and earned a Master of Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
