Charlène Jolivet

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, currently serves as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology, a position held since April 2003, where Charlene specializes in clinical documentation and leads care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application occurred in the emergency department of a level one trauma center. Earlier in Charlene's career at Kaiser Permanente IT from July 1998 to October 2001, responsibilities included modeling clinical concepts for the Convergent Medical Terminology and SNOMED-RT and CT. Charlene began as a Staff Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
