Shauna Kargan

Shauna Kargan, MPH, RD, CDN, CCM, currently serves as a Renal Dietitian at Fresenius Medical Care's Queens Artificial Kidney Center, where responsibilities include conducting nutrition assessments and collaborating on care plans for patients. Prior experience includes over a decade at Healthfirst, culminating in the role of Senior Manager for the Nutrition Team and Care Management, where management of registered dietitians and operational improvements contributed to enhanced service delivery across various health plans. Shauna has presented on nutrition-related topics at significant conferences, coordinated specialized meal programs, and provided comprehensive nutritional care for diverse health conditions at Senior Health Partners prior to joining Healthfirst. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health in Public Health Nutrition and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, complemented by training at Mayo Clinic and Project Management Institute.
