Stephen Carty

Stephen Carty, MA, CMDA, currently serves as a Senior Manager of Procurement at Fresenius Medical Care North America, with a tenure beginning in October 2013 that also includes roles as Supplier Quality Manager and Supplier Quality Engineer. Prior to this, Stephen was a Principal Engineer in Process Development at Boston Scientific from 2006 to 2013 and held various positions including Strategic Sourcing Manager at C&K and Senior Quality Engineer at Pollak Corporation. Additionally, Stephen served as a Biomedical Audit Certification Instructor for the Boston Section ASQ from 2013 to 2017 and began their career as a Supplier Engineer at Textron Defense Systems. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Quality Assurance for Biotechnology from Framingham State University, a Master of Arts in Business Administration from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, along with certifications from the American Society for Quality.
