Pablo Rivera

Pablo Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning over twenty years. Pablo is currently working as the VP Global Digital Workplace at Fresenius Digital Technology since September 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Mondelēz International from 2015 to 2022. These roles included Director of Technology Services Latin America - CTO, Technology Services Lead Latin America, On Site Service Lead for Southern Cone & Americas Voice Mobile RSPO, and ITS Lead for Southern Cone. Prior to Mondelēz International, they worked at Falabella as Subgerente de Tecnología from 2012 to 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the operation, strategic planning, and execution of new technology projects for the company's telecommunications platform in Argentina and Uruguay. Pablo also managed a high-performing team focused on customer service and achieving set objectives. Before Falabella, they worked at CMR Falabella de Argentina as Jefe de Comunicaciones & Infraestructura from 2007 to 2012, where they oversaw telecom service operations and costs for the company in Argentina and led infrastructure implementation projects. Their earlier experience includes roles at Verizon, MCI, Hypercom, Unisys, and GCBA.

Pablo Rivera holds a Master's degree in Management in Technological and Telecommunications Services from Universidad de 'San Andrés'. Pablo also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic specialized in Telecommunications from the University of Buenos Aires. Their high school education was completed at Colegio Champagnat. In addition to their formal education, Pablo has acquired various certifications, including a Chief Technology Officer Career Guide from LinkedIn and a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
