Matthias Brunner

Matthias Brunner currently serves as Legal Counsel at Fresenius Group since September 2021, specializing in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, and Capital Market Law. Prior experience includes a Legal Clerkship at Landgericht Frankfurt am Main from May 2019 to May 2021, and a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Linklaters from October 2018 to April 2019. Matthias also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Bayreuth from September 2013 to December 2014 and held a Team Leader position at Bayreuther Ökonomiekongress from October 2010 to July 2013. Additional experience includes an internship at Allianz Global Investors in early 2012. Academic qualifications include a 1st State Exam in Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Bayreuth, as well as an exchange program in Business Administration at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
