Jenn Cornelius serves as the Global Chief People Officer at Fresh since June 2025, previously holding the same title at Benefit Cosmetics from June 2024 to June 2025. From June 2021 to June 2024, Cornelius was the Chief People Officer at Ritual and served as the Head of Future of Work and Organizational Change at Pinterest from June 2020 to May 2021. With prior experience as Chief People Officer at sweetgreen and various roles at Apple, including Head of Organization Effectiveness and Director of People Team, Cornelius has a robust background in human resources.
