Lauren Manning

Lauren Manning has over a decade of experience in product development and research within the cosmetics and skincare industry. Currently serving as Director of Product Development at Fresh since November 2015, Lauren has held various roles in product development, including Associate Director and Senior Manager. Previously at L'Oréal from December 2011 to November 2015, Lauren worked as Senior Chemist and Chemist in the Research and Innovation department, managing innovative product development and formulation for brands like SkinCeuticals and Essie Spa. Lauren began a career in the industry as a Summer Research and Innovation Intern at L'Oréal in 2011. Academically, Lauren holds a Master of Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology and Biochemistry from Bucknell University.
