Ana Lopez

Ana Lopez, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources management, payroll, and benefits administration. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits, HRIS & Payroll at Fresh Del Monte since October 2022, Ana previously held the position of Director of Payroll & Benefits at Areas from October 2021 to October 2022. Ana's career also includes roles such as Director of Human Resources at Ole Communications and Director of HRIS, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits at Del Monte Fresh Produce. Prior experience includes management positions at Mount Sinai Medical Center and A-1 Components, as well as a human resources management role at Avanti/Case-Hoyt. Ana holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Florida International University, along with an Associate in Arts degree in Print Journalism from Miami Dade College.
