Chris Armely

Chris Armely possesses extensive experience in human resources and is currently serving as Team Leader for Benefits & HRIS at Fresh Del Monte since June 2023. Previous roles include HRIS Supervisor at ThinKom Solutions, Inc. and a series of positions at Miami Bridge Youth & Family Services, Inc. including Human Resources Consultant and Human Resources Specialist. Other relevant experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist II/People Ops at Allvue Systems and as Human Resources Manager at ThinKom Solutions, Inc. Earlier in the career, Chris worked as an HR Administrative Assistant at the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Miami Dade College.
