Deema Anani Iap

Deema Anani IAP currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Fresh Del Monte, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Deema was the CCO at Airport International Group (AIG) from June 2011 to March 2025, overseeing non-aeronautical revenues and commercial activities at Queen Alia International Airport. Experience includes serving as Director of Business Strategy at Dubai Holding, where strategies were developed to enhance business growth, and as Business Development Manager at IBM, focusing on key sectors in the Gulf region. Earlier roles include Policy Director at Chemonics International, where policies for the ICT sector were established, and Cluster Lead for USAID on a project aimed at building competitive advantage in the Middle East. Deema also contributed as a founding board member of the Young Entrepreneurs Association in Jordan. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management from The University of Edinburgh.
