Hans Sauter has extensive experience in research and development, agricultural services, and sustainability systems. Hans currently holds the position of Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President of Research & Development at Fresh Del Monte. Prior to their current role, Hans held various leadership positions at companies such as Del Monte Fresh Produce and Pineapple Development Corporation, focusing on technical support for pineapple, banana, and melon operations. With a background in entomology and agriculture, Hans Sauter has also served as a professor and technician in various academic and research settings.
