Russell Jay

Russell Jay has extensive experience in various sales and leadership roles. Russell most recently worked as the Director of Sales at Fresh Del Monte. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Sales at Neptune Wellness Solutions, where they successfully built and led a new Consumer Brands Division. Before that, Russell held the position of Chief Customer Officer at LIVIVA Foods, where they played a key role in growing the startup pasta company. Earlier in their career, Russell worked at Henkel in several roles, including VP of Sales Strategy and Director of Sales Planning. Russell also gained experience as the Vice President and Co-Owner of Core Mortgage Group LLC. Russell started their career at Unilever, where they held various roles in the Club, Mass, and Grocery Channels.
