Sarginson also acts as the Distributor for Inrange® Golf in Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, while holding the position of Regional Distributor at Full Swing SEA. Co-founding Flagstick Ventures and Tom Sarginson Coaching reflects a commitment to fostering growth and coaching in sports. Additionally, Sarginson has been instrumental in developing Fresh Events Asia since 2014 and previously co-founded admiral.sports (2020 - 2022). Sarginson's extensive background includes serving as Project & Business Development Director at IMG and co-founding City Golf & 1-Altitude. An education in Management Sciences from Loughborough University complements Sarginson's professional journey.

We are the owner and organiser of The Music Run, Asia's largest 5k running event, Powerman Malaysia, the World's largest duathlon, and Total Running Club, Malaysia's premier running club. We also offer consulting services to event owners and organisers who want to grow relationships with their audiences and partners.
