Lucy Carrasquillo

Lucy Carrasquillo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in credit and collections management. Currently serving as a Senior Credit & Collections Coordinator at Fresh Express since August 2017, Lucy is responsible for researching and resolving deductions, performing collections on past due receivables, and managing account portfolios. Prior experience includes over two decades at PEPSI COLA PR DISTRIBUTING LLC, where Lucy held roles such as Credit & Collections Manager and Senior Key Account Credit Analyst, overseeing credit decisions, payment collections, and staff supervision. Earlier career experience includes office personnel duties at New York Department Stores. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Puerto Rico-Bayamon and has attended multiple educational institutions for additional qualifications.
