Ramakanth Vanga

Ramakanth Vanga is a Senior Data Architect at Fresh Gravity since July 2023, focusing on designing and building data ingestion pipelines to create an Integrated Data Lake within Databricks for enhanced data quality. Previously, as a Staff Data Engineer at Mapbox from May 2022 to July 2023, Ramakanth introduced dbt with Snowflake Adapter and migrated data pipelines to improve efficiency. Ramakanth also served as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at MineralTree, Inc. from July 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities included developing data pipelines for structured data and ensuring compliance with security standards. Earlier roles include a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota and an SAP ABAP Consultant at Paritas Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, where Ramakanth gained experience in SAP implementations and integrations. Ramakanth holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
