Vivek Karnik

Vivek Karnik has extensive work experience in various leadership roles across different companies. Vivek is currently the Chief Delivery and Operations Officer at Fresh Gravity since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director - Client Success at the same company from January 2017 to September 2023.

Before joining Fresh Gravity, Vivek held the position of SVP Delivery and Customer Success at Serene Corporation from April 2012 to January 2017. Vivek was responsible for overseeing the delivery and customer success of MDM and CRM implementations, managing customer relations, and account management.

Vivek also served as the President/CEO of NAVASYS Consulting, LLC from January 2012 to January 2017, where they managed multiple consulting efforts and took part in the launch of Virgin Mobile USA.

In addition, Vivek has experience working at iGATE Patni, where they held the role of Account and Engagement Delivery Management from April 2004 to February 2012. Vivek was responsible for delivery and operations management of outsourced offshore programs, transition planning, pre-sales solutioning, and solution architecture design.

Prior to that, Vivek founded NAVA Technology Consulting in July 2001 and worked as a Business Consultant, delivering diverse technology and business domain solutions. Vivek has also worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young, LLC from August 1998 to July 2001, and as a Project Manager at Sabre Technology Solutions from January 1996 to July 1998.

Vivek Karnik holds an MBA in Operations Management from Clemson University, which they obtained in the period of 1992-1996. Prior to that, they completed their MS in Industrial Engineering from the same institution between 1989-1992. Vivek also possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering, which they earned from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University from 1983-1988. Additionally, Vivek Karnik has obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2020 and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy in 2015.
