Kristopher Scott has extensive experience in program management and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Santa Clara County Director for Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) since August 2012. In this role, Kristopher oversees staff and program management, implements performance optimization systems, and builds strategic stakeholder relationships. Prior positions at FLY include Associate Director, Leadership and Middle School Programs Manager, and Lead Middle School Case Manager. Additionally, Kristopher has experience in security roles at Pure Nightclub and Wal-Mart, and began a career in retail as a Sales Associate at Mervyns. Kristopher holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies, both from San Jose State University, and is a graduate of Antioch High School.

Founded in 2000, Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) is an award-winning nonprofit working to break the cycle of juvenile violence, crime, and incarceration. FLY believes that all our children deserve a chance to become more than their past mistakes. FLY’s legal education, leadership training, and mentoring programs motivate and equip youth to change the course of their lives.
