Josey Tait is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project and change management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Digital Change Manager at Fresh Minds since January 2024, Josey previously held the position of Project Manager at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand, where responsibilities included the national rollout of the Primary Care Resilience Tool. Josey's career at ProCare spanned over a decade, during which positions included Project/Change Manager - Strategic Development, Population Health Consultant, and Head of Population Health Delivery, among others. Earlier experience includes the role of Senior Medicines Management Technician at Kingston Primary Care Trust and Community Pharmacist positions at Westgate Pharmacy and Norwest Pharmacies. Josey holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honors) from The University of Auckland, completed in 2005, and attended Baradene College from 1995 to 2001.
