Jose J. Burgos Lancero

Jose J. Burgos Lancero has had a varied work experience since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Human Resources, Payroll & Legal Trainee at Burlan Consulting. In 2012, they founded Taller Diamante, a personal development and training organization for young people, and worked as a Trainer & Coach at Arqueros de la Palabra. In 2013, they worked as a Football Coach at Campus RAX and as a Change Management Consulting & Research at WANT Research Team. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at VYGON in various roles, including Head of People, Culture & Communication (Spain), People & Organization International Project Manager, and HR Program Manager. In 2019, they became Vicepresidente at Club Alzira Futbol Sala, and in 2021 they co-founded Upventure Partners.

Jose J. Burgos Lancero has a comprehensive education history. In 2010, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Relaciones Laborales y RRHH from the University of Valencia. In 2012 and 2013, they completed a PostDegree in Business and Social Skills from Universitat Jaume I. In 2014, they obtained a Master from the ESIC Business & Marketing School in Human Resources Strategic Management and a Senior Program in Social Sciences & Communication from the University of Washington. In 2016, they completed a Master in Digital Talent Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School in Strategic Management and a Program in Transformational Leadership from the Spanish Sport Coaching Institute in Coaching. In 2018 and 2019, they obtained a Senior Program in Team Coaching and Sport Coaching from the European Sport Business School in Psicología. In 2021, they are expected to complete a Postgraduate Degree from FC Barcelona in Psicología Deportiva. Additionally, in 2013, they obtained a certification in Tecnologías de información y comunicación en la formación from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
