Rhonda Buseman serves as Chair of 50/50 Women on Boards in Phoenix, AZ, leading efforts to promote gender balance and diversity on corporate boards by engaging over 100 individuals and sponsors in fundraising initiatives. Additionally, Rhonda is a Leadership Committee Member at Fresh Start Women's Foundation, focusing on equipping women with career and educational resources. In the role of Executive Board Member and Chief Human Resources Officer at Benchmark Electronics, Rhonda oversees global HR functions for the engineering services provider. Previously, Rhonda held senior roles in human resources at Universal Technical Institute, Main Street Restaurant Group, and ConocoPhillips. Rhonda holds a B.S. in Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and completed the Executive Compensation Immersion Program through World at Work.
