Erika Poulos

Erika Poulos is a seasoned professional in digital marketing and merchandising, currently serving as the Manager of Digital Marketing & Merchandising at Fresh Thyme Market since April 2021, overseeing strategic development and operations for grocery and natural living departments on digital platforms. Prior to this, Erika held roles at Sandpiper Imports, Inc. as the Digital Data Integrity Coordinator and Founder/Owner, where a fair trade-focused retail venture was established for handcrafted sterling silver jewelry. Additional experience includes serving as Buyer & Retail Coordinator at Greenheart International, managing buying and merchandising for a non-profit organization, and progressing through various positions at Cost Plus World Market, culminating in the role of General Store Manager, where a new location was opened in Chicago. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies/Civilization from The University of New Mexico.
