Hannah Poaros-McDermott

Hannah Poaros-McDermott has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Hannah began their career in 2013 as a Retail Assistant at Country Road Group. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Merlin Entertainments plc, and a Customer Relations Attendant at Ruapehu Alpine Lifts (RAL Ltd). In 2015, they were an Office Manager at Discovery Parks Group. In 2017, they worked as a Temporary Office Manager at PenderFund Capital Management, a Marketing & Travel Support Coordinator at Lloyds Travel & Cruises Ltd, and a Customer Service Agent at the Victorian Hotel. In 2019, they were an Assistant Editor at St. Joseph Communications, Media Group. In 2020, they were a Writer at Wakeful Travel. Currently, they are a Senior Content Coordinator, Product Copywriter and Content Administrator, and Product Intern at Fresh Tracks Canada.

Hannah Poaros-McDermott completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General from Royal Holloway, University of London between 2010 and 2013. Hannah has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Ninja Writing: The Four Levels of Writing Mastery (October 2020) and Online Marketing Foundations (September 2020), as well as an SEO Certification from HubSpot Academy (May 2021).
