From 2012 to 2017, they were the Senior Marketing Specialist at Italiafruit News and the Head of Marketing Research and Planning at Agroter, Think Fresh. In 2017, they joined Fresh4cast Ltd as the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Customer Development, and Business Development Manager Europe. During their time at Fresh4cast Ltd, they helped provide artificial intelligence forecasting solutions to improve productivity, increase margins, and reduce waste.
Michele Dall'Olio holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Economics of the Agro-Industrial System from the same university in 2010.
