Tonia Degner is the Chief Strategy Officer at freshbenies, where Tonia develops strategic partnerships and new technological tools to deliver benefits with the ultimate user experience for freshbenies brokers, employers, and members. Prior to freshbenies, Tonia held various leadership roles at Amazon in retail and at JCPenney as a Senior Buyer in intimate apparel and jewelry. With a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Lindenwood University, Tonia has a strong background in business and strategic planning.
