Adam Birch

Adam Birch has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Adam started their career in 2018 at Viral Nation, where they held positions as an Account Coordinator, Senior Account Coordinator, and Account Executive. In 2020, they joined SK Agencies - American Income Life Canada as a Benefits Specialist and later became a Supervising Agent. Currently, they are working at FreshBooks as an Account Manager since 2022, and has since been promoted to Account Manager Team Lead.

Adam Birch attended the University of Waterloo from 2008 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Recreation and Sports Business. In addition to their degree, they also acquired certifications in Email Marketing and Inbound Marketing from the HubSpot Academy in November 2017.
