Previously, Shirley held the position of Head of Cash and Payment Operations at Wealthsimple, and Chief Product Owner of Payments Platform & Capabilities at TD. With a background in journalism, PR, marketing, and law, Shirley has a wealth of experience in leading teams to enhance money movement operations and product/platform improvements for various companies. Shirley's expertise also extends to launching new payment capabilities such as Send Money with Zelle® and managing mobile wallet roadmaps.
