Anthony Sobenes

Anthony Sobenes has extensive experience in the produce and inbound operations sector, primarily at FreshDirect since May 2006. Throughout a series of progressively responsible roles, including Inbound Manager, Inbound Supervisor, and Produce Inventory Associate, Anthony has demonstrated leadership in managing teams and coordinating daily assignments within the Produce Department. Responsibilities have included overseeing inbound operations, building inventory teams, reporting receiving deficiencies, and resolving payment issues in collaboration with accounting. Prior to FreshDirect, Anthony worked as a Produce Clerk at FOOD EMPORIUM, ensuring the quality and replenishment of produce. Anthony holds a GED from Flushing High School.
