Eric Ingoglia is an experienced culinary and operations professional with a strong background in food production and kitchen management. Serving as Sr Director of MFG Operations at Fresh Direct since April 2016, Eric has focused on the manufacturing of all food production within the company. Eric's tenure at FreshDirect began in January 2012 as Senior Director of Manufacturing. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Executive Chef at Sun Harbor Manor and Stony Brook University Medical Center. Eric also contributed to culinary education as a C.E.C. Culinary Arts Chef Instructor at New York Institute of Technology from 1992 to 2005. Eric holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University.
