Joud Merchak

Joud Merchak is a Sales Executive at Fresh Express LLC since December 2021, responsible for presenting and selling both perishable and non-perishable products to Key Accounts and prospective customers, as well as tracking sales reports. Prior to this role, Joud served as Operations Manager at Freshly Handmade from 2019 to 2021, overseeing local and exported orders, ensuring product quality in production areas, and maintaining daily communication with customers. Joud began a volunteer position at Syrian Trust for Development in 2017, focusing on assisting children in overcoming life obstacles and providing hygiene and food aid. Joud holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Al Ittihad Private School, completed in 2021.
