Ayo Melodie Olawaiye

Ayo Melodie Olawaiye has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship as a Clinical Psychologist Trainee in 2007. In 2009, they joined Hays as a Senior Consultant and Team Lead. They then moved on to Coca-Cola Enterprises in 2013 as a Belux Talent Acquisition Specialist. From 2015 onwards, they worked at ING, starting as a Talent Acquisition Project Manager and later taking up roles as an HR Contact Team Manager and an HR Business Partner. Currently, Ayo is the Head of HR Belgium at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where they began in 2023.

Ayo Melodie Olawaiye completed a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Ghent University from 2003 to 2008. Ayo Melodie then pursued a postgraduate degree in Management at Ichec Brussels Management School from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Ayo attended Universidad de Salamanca from 2006 to 2007, where they studied Psychología Clínica (Clinical Psychology).
